Heal It All With Love Herbal Tea Blend
Many local Colorado herbs, all organic herbs:
Red raspberry leaf, red rose, horsetail, oatstraw, oat tops, marshmallow leaf, alfalfa leaf, lemon balm and albizia mimosa bark
This blend is deeply nourishing, strengthening and soothing for the nervous system, the mind and the emotions, as well as hair, nails and teeth!
I originally made this blend as a soothing and strengthening nervous system tonic for myself and my toddler.
It was so delicious, that I knew I had to share! This is safe for adults, children and mothers.
Add 1 tablespoon per 1 cup of boiled water and let step for 10 minutes. Drink 3-5 cups per day for maximum benefit.
